Employee Assembly

The EA consists of sixteen members committed to providing employees with a means of continuous involvement in the governance of the affairs and life of the University. Working closely with members of the administration, the EA encourages a higher visibility for employees as community members, more equal participation with faculty and students in the policy-making process, and an increased sense of community among all constituencies through shared responsibilities.

The EA is committed to making the campus a better working environment by representing the employees to the Administration. Through our website, you can review minutes from our meetings, or look at the agenda for the next meeting. You may find a topic or two that interests you or which affects you personally.

As an employee, you are always welcome to attend our meetings - the EA meets the first and third Wednesday of the month at 12:15 PM in the Day Hall Board Room. We urge you to join us at any time! If you can’t make the meeting, please feel free to e-mail the EA with your questions or concerns. The Employee Assembly is here for all employees.
