The Direct Charge Authorization Form is used to authorize direct payment of participating local vendors from the Office of Assemblies. It thus enables organizations to avoid paying out-of-pocket for certain expenses. University organizations may additionally be eligible to use the university’s tax exempt status with this form. Use of this form is required for certain kinds of expenses, especially payment of honorarium to speakers and performers.
