I wish you a relaxing winter break with your family and friends. I would also like to convey to you Resolution 14: Increasing the Transparency of WMC-Q.

This resolution recommends that "the original charter between Cornell University and the Qatar Foundation be made public for increased transparency on the WCM-Q Governance and Leadership website."
