Dear President Pollack,

It is my pleasure to convey to you UA R18, "Call for the Development of a Cornell Comprehensive Transportation Plan." This resolution is sponsored by Marty Hatch, and can be found here: https://assembly.cornell.edu/resolutions/ua-r18-ua-r18-call-development-cornell-comprehensive-transportation-plan

This resolution asks you "to advance a comprehensive transportation study that will lead to the development of a Comprehensive Transportation Plan." It also requests that this study be sufficiently funded and supported by the administration so that it can succeed. 

The reasoning behind this resolution is that such information about transportation could be valuable as the university develops new North Campus housing facilities.
