Hello all! My name is Adam Sendelbach, I am a Jr and I am running to be your ILR rep on the Student Assemble to meet the needs of ILRies. I spent two years studying journalism and political science before transferring to Cornell. My platform is based on personal and widely felt issues at Cornell.
My platform:
1) Finally end the ILR 18-credit limit:
ILRies voted to end the limit 2 years ago and nothing has changed. This will be my priority.
2) Work with OCS to further promote careers in labor, social justice, and public service:
Only ~10% of ILRies end up in this area post-graduation. The country’s best labor relations specialists should be working to solve society’s most pressing issues.
3) Universal free TCAT for all Cornell Students:
If a Cornell – TCAT deal extended free service to all Cornell students, it would greatly increase the total ridership. This increase in ridership would unlock significant funding from NY State. This would allow TCAT to become fast and reliable.
4) Make laundry free saving every dorm resident $100+ each per year:
My old college (8 times smaller than Cornell in student enrollment and 88 times smaller in endowment) had free laundry for allWhy can’t Cornell?

Class of 2029
My name is Vidhit Singh, I am a freshman in ILR and I am excited to be given the opportunity to represent the ILR school. As a member of some of our very own ILR clubs, I am excited to be able to give a voice to my fellow ILRies and advocate for our needs as a part of the Student Assembly. I pledge to advocate for the best school on campus in the best way that I can and make sure that your interests as an ILRie are represented properly in the broader Cornell perspective.
I will work on the following (and more) efforts for you all:
-Bringing back free TCAT rides
-Introducing concentrations in the ILR curriculum
-Increasing community and transparency by working with ILR clubs and holding town halls
-Potentially removing the 18 credit requirement
-Getting rid of Friday discussions
Together, we can build a stronger, more connected ILR. I’m ready to get to work.
You should vote for me because I will turn ideas into action and make sure your voices lead to real change within ILR and across Cornell.
