 Hey Cornell, my name is Jad Alsouss and I am a first-year in the Dyson School. I’m running for Student Assembly to turn your student input into real action. At Dyson, we are taught that our business makes a better world and through Student Assembly, I promise that my service will make a better Cornell. Whether that be finding a solution to make the Morrison Stir Fry Line faster or ensuring that your favorite library stays open to a respectable hour, I promise that all I do and fight for will be driven by the Cornell student body. 
   
As your representative, I’ll focus on everyday wins, making sure that piece by piece our Cornell experience is fully driven by the student body. As the largest and most diverse class in Cornell’s history, my focus is simple: elevate student voices and deliver results. Together, we’ll build momentum through small, steady improvements that add up to a better Cornell for everyone.
   
I’ll focus on easing your schedule and enhancing your time here in ways that actually matter. But above all, I promise to listen, communicate openly, and make steady progress that will make our four years the best they can be.
