As freshman representative, I will deliver real, transparent information to you, the student body. I will advocate for freshmen’s wants and be an accessible form of communication. By familiarizing myself with student assembly conduct, I will avoid making empty, unrealistic promises. Instead, I promise to implement changes that can become a reality in the now.

    1. Increase collaboration between students and the administration by working with other freshman representatives to ensure we represent YOU.
    2. Demystify and improve the housing process to give everyone a fair chance at quality living.
    3. Expand outreach to offices, student services, and freshmen, as career advancement should be on each individual’s timeline.
    4. Diversify dining options—food brings joy and everyone should have the fullest experience.
    5. Create more enjoyable social events (like animal therapy) to help students destress from a hectic week, and foster a strong campus community.

As first-year students, our concerns and desires should not be set aside as we navigate this evolving landscape. I know firsthand the struggles and stresses of adapting to a new academic environment. Choose me as your freshman representative to be your solid ground.
