SA R35 (2022-2023): Amending the Student Assembly Bylaws This resolution amends the current Student Assembly Bylaws to give more guidance to the operations SA Environmental Committee when collaborating with other committees. Acknowledged by the President
SA R36 (2022-2023): Amending the Student Assembly Charter This resolution amends the current Student Assembly Charter to standardize the reporting guidelines and funding structure for each byline, further classify bylines based on their organizations operations, and promote the collaboration between different byline organizations. Acknowledged by the President
SA R39 (2022-2023): Awareness, Prevention, and Training (APT) Measures Against Opioid Overdose Crises This resolution urges Cornell Administration to take proactive and preventative measures against opioid overdoses on campus through awareness, prevention, and training (APT) measures. Acknowledged by the President
SA R40 (2022-2023): Creating a Speaker of the Student Assembly This resolution amends the Bylaws to create an ex officio Speaker who will be tasked with presiding at meetings of the SA in a neutral and impartial manner. Rejected by the Assembly
SA R41 (2022-2023): Approving Special Projects Funding Request for Nigerian Student Association This resolution approves $2,000.00 of Special Projects Funding to Nigerian Students Association to partially fund their annual Africa Ball event. Acknowledged by the President
SA R43 (2022-2023): Fluoridation of Cornell’s Water Supply Urging Cornell University to fluoridate its own portable water system, support the fluoridation of Ithaca’s water system, and bring awareness to the current lack of fluoridation so that students have the autonomy to make informed decisions regarding their oral health.
