UA R3 (2020-2021): Bylaw Changes to Require Recorded Voting This resolution proposed adding a subsection to Article II of the Bylaws of the University Assembly that would require recorded votes be taking for all voting matters outside of executive session or organizational meetings. Acknowledged by the President
UA R6 (2020-2021): Maintaining the University Assembly's Jurisdiction Over the Code of Conduct This resolution supports maintaining the University Assembly's Jurisdiction Over the Code of Conduct. Acknowledged by the President
UA R7 (2020-2021): In Support of an Independent Review of Cornell Admissions Practices This resolution calls for the University to create a committee to look at and 3 admission’s practices and make recommendations as to how the University can increase 4 economic diversity on campus. Tabled Indefinitely
UA R8 (2020-2021): Expressing Gratitude From the U.A. to Each Individual that Helped in the New Student Code of Conduct Process This resolution expresses gratitude to the individuals who were involved in the redrafting of the new Student Code of Conduct. Acknowledged by the President
UA R9 (2020-2021): Resolution to re-name “Goldwin Smith Hall” in order to foster an increasingly inclusive campus environment This resolution calls for the remaining of “Goldwin Smith Hall” to foster an increasingly inclusive campus environment Committee Review
UA R10 (2020-2021): Requesting the Board of Trustees Delay Their Vote on the New Student Code of Conduct This resolution encourages the Board of Trustees to delay their vote on the Student Code of Conduct until issues regarding jurisdiction over the code are able to be fleshed out. Additionally, this resolution requests postponing the vote so that the student population has adequate time to submit public comment. Tabled Indefinitely
