A motion was made for an omnibus amendment by the sponsors. (The omnibus amendment presented on April 23rd, 2018, which amended the Resolution itself as well some of the Charter language, was in blue ink. The original amendments to the Charter called for by this Resolution and presented on April 9th, 2018, were in red. See the version of this Resolution attached to this amendment).

A motion was made to call the question on the omnibus amendment, there was no dissent. By a vote of 13-0-5 the amendment passed.
