    Dear Jessica,
     
    Thank you for conveying to me EA Resolution #3 – Enhancements to the Cornell University Onboarding Process.
     
    The Division of Human Resources has been working hard to address the increase in turnover, and one element of their effort has been enhancing the onboarding process. I understand that you have met with several members of the HR team, and I encourage you to continue to partner with them. 
     
    The ideas raised in this resolution are best addressed through the collaboration of the Employee Assembly with HR. Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer Mary Opperman looks forward to working with you until her departure, and the new VP and CHRO will do so as well once appointed.
