Dear President Pollack,
I would like to formally convey to you EA R4: Approval of the 2017-2018 Operating Budget. The resolution was sponsored by Kevin Fitch, Vice Chair for Operations in fulfillment of responsibilities outlined in our bylaws. The resolution and appendix outline how the EA intends to spend its allocated funds this year.
The resolution was passed by a vote of 20-0-0 on November 15, 2017.
