    Dear David,
     
    Thank you for conveying resolutions 16 and 17 to President Pollack. I wanted to let you know that she will be unable to respond within the 30-day timeframe. As previously noted, we are also working on resolutions 5, 14 and 15 and hope to have responses to those to you soon.
