Dear President Pollack,It is my sincere pleasure to convey Resolution 2: Condemning the Proposed DHS Ruling Requiring a Fixed Period of Stay for International Students. The resolution rejects the proposed ruling limiting F1 and J1 visas over a fixed 4-year or 2-year term. The GPSA states our support for our international student community and calls on the Cornell administration to oppose this ruling.Furthermore, the GPSA would like to affirm its support for all efforts to strengthen our resources for international students during this time, and we hope to consider this issue again after the conclusion of this year’s election. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have questions or concerns.Respectfully submitted,David DunhamDavid Dunham
