Dear President Rawlings,
It is my pleasure to convey to you Resolution 6: GPSA Finance Commission Guideline Amendments for Ph.D. Students at Cornell Tech (PACT).
This resolution provides clarity to the GPSA Finance Commission when allocating funds for Ph.D. Students at Cornell Tech between now and when the new FC Guidelines take effect. A more permanent solution will be worked into the new guidelines, but the GPSA didn't think that the discussion on how/if to generally fund groups outside of the Ithaca campus should prevent this one group from receiving any money in the interim.
