Dear President Garrett,
I would like to convey Resolution 10: 2015-2016 Amendments to the ALANA Constitution to you. The resolution is sponsored by our VP for Finance, Matthew Stefanko. ALANA added a discretionary clause for unique circumstances and a uniform budgeting procedure. ALANA also rearranged its Executive Board and Appointed Positions. ALANA slightly increased funding caps for cosponsorships and added funding ratios for co-programming. Finally, ALANA added an emergency funding clause and increased their prohibited expenses.
