Dear President Rawlings,

I would like to convey the Student Assembly's 13th resolution of the year to you. This resolution addresses the points that you brought up in response to Resolution 5. Resolution 13 is Amending Article III Section 3 and Other Sections of the Student Assembly Charter. The Assembly understands the need for the change but we hope to continue to have timely correspondences with regards to our resolutions.
