Dear Sarah,
Thank you for sharing Resolution 14, Repealing Odd/Even in the 4th Ward, with me. Parking is a constant struggle both on and off campus, and I am pleased to see Cornell students work to find a solution while collaborating with city officials. I appreciate hearing this recommendation and look forward to seeing it unfold.
As a matter of courtesy to the city, you might consider rewording the last two clauses to indicate that the SA is requesting that the city take these actions, not directing them to occur. Such phrasing might be perceived to be more in the spirit of partnership.
