  Good evening President Pollack,

  I would like to convey Resolution 15: In Support of the Trans and Gender Non-Conforming Community at Cornell.

  This Resolution seeks to ensure that Cornell University ensures the necessary support for the trans and gender non-conforming community at Cornell in response to the Trump’s Administrations memo around federal recognition and protections for trans and gender non-conforming individuals.

  We are especially looking for support in lobbying the State of New York to pass the GENDA Act. This should be tackled quickly with the shift of State Senate control to the Democratic Party.
