  Dear President Skorton, 

  I wanted to convey Student Assembly Resolution 17: 2014 SAFC Allocation Appeals to you. This resolution, sponsored by Vice President for Finance Matthew Stefanko, was part of the SAFC appeals process. 

  Eight student organizations appealed the SAFC's funding decisions for their respective groups to the SA's Appropriations Committee, and required final approval by the SA at large. The Appropriations Committee found that the SAFC erred in their decision for two of the groups, but did not for the other six. 

  Two groups (CU Progressive and Film Club) chose to appeal the Appropriations Committee's decision that the SAFC did not err in their funding decisions, but the SA decided to uphold the Committee's decisions. These groups, along with the other four that will not receive funding, have exhausted all of their opportunities to appeal their SAFC funding for this semester.
