Good Afternoon President Pollack,It is my great pleasure to convey to you Resolution 18: Rollover Funds. The Student Assembly has been working with Campus activities to create a structure for the reallocation of roll over funds. Previous administrations when wanting to reallocate funds have either unduly fined organizations or have operated not within the bounds of our charter and have transferred funds directly between organizations.
