    Dear President Rawlings,

    I would like to convey the Student Assembly’s 22nd resolution of the year to you.This resolution proposes changes to the Collegiate Readership Program guidelines in Appendix B of the Student Assembly Charter.

    Resolution 22 is Amendments to Appendix B for Collegiate Readership Changes.

    This resolution amends Appendix B of the Student Assembly Charter in order to accommodate our recent shift in the Collegiate Readership Program. We have recently ended our agreement with USA Today and purchased New York Times online access for all undergraduate students directly from the New York Times.
