Dear Patrick,

Thank you for conveying to me Resolution 27: Amending the Previously Adopted Resolution 20. I appreciate the SA’s thoughtful work, but must return the resolution to the Assembly for further collaboration with Dean Marla Love and Jessica Withers due to a number of concerns which were raised in the review process. For this resolution, I have asked that Dean Love review and fully approve further revisions and changes before the resolution is conveyed to me for review again.
