  Dear President Skorton,
  
  I would like to communicate Resolution 32: Appending the Referenda Process to you. It was sponsored by Juliana Batista and David Vakili.
  
  This resolution is intended to clarify very vague language that currently exists in our charter. David and Juliana worked extensively with the Office of the Assemblies to ensure that the formal processes they were establishing would be possible to execute through the office. This resolution aims to get students directly involved in shared governance by giving them the opportunity to submit and respond to poll style questions. Students have already responded very positively to the resolution and the Office has received inquiries from students who would like to start participating as soon as possible. Of course, we have notified those students that the resolution cannot be implemented quite yet, and is pending your approval.
