  Dear President Pollack,

  I would like to convey the 36th Resolution of AY 2016-2017 to you on behalf of the past Student Assembly.

  Resolution 36: Promoting University Action Against Pipeline Expansion recommends that the University take a public stand against pipeline expansions (such as the Dakota and Keystone XL Pipelines), and also to reconsider its ties to financial institutions closely associated with these pipelines. The resolution also recommends forwarding this Resolution to the Board of Trustee's Investment Committee to reevaluate current and future financial partners of the University.
