    Dear President Pollack,

I hope you are well. It is my pleasure to convey to you Resolution #37: Recommendation for the Student Activity Fee for 2022 - 2024. This resolution provides the recommendation from the Student Assembly for the 2022-2024 Student Activity Fee.

The Student Assembly (the Assembly), through the delegated authority of the President and the Board of Trustees, is charged with the allocation of the Student Activity Fee (SAF). This fee is mandatory for all undergraduate students of the University and shall be used to fund participation in, and viewing of, activities and programs that benefit the Cornell community. The SAF shall be determined during the fall semester of every odd-numbered year and be subject to the approval of the President of the University.

The resolution was approved in a vote of 15-3.  This email also includes a report with the total Student Activity Fee recommendation, the allocations of each by-line funded organization, and a short description of each organization.

I would like to thank the Student Assembly's Vice President of Finance, Valeria Valencia, for her incredible work on this report and throughout the entire by-line funding process. I would also like to thank the Appropriations Committee of the Student Assembly, the voting members of the Student Assembly, and the By-line funded organizations for their work and collaboration throughout the semester.

Thank you again and have a wonderful holiday break.

    best,
    Anuli
