  Dear President Skorton,
  
  I would like to convey Resolution 40: Improving Event Planning at Cornell to you. This resolution was sponsored by Emma Johnston and Yamini Bhandari.
  
  This resolution seeks to assist students with planning more sustainable and accessible events by providing email addresses that will allow them to get their questions answered. It also calls for a mechanism that would allow the Community Life Committee of the Student Assembly to create an evaluation survey for the Event Registration Form. The responses to this survey from student event planners will allow for additional improvements to the event registration process.
