  Dear President Skorton,
  
  I wanted to convey Resolution 46: Opposing the Health Fee to you. This resolution was sponsored by Emma Johnston (Arts and Sciences Representative), Yamini Bhandari (VP for Outreach) and Jordan Berger (Parliamentarian).
  
  This resolution's purpose is grander than opposing the health fee: it is a call to action for increased student participation in the decision making processes of the University, earlier in the conversation than SA members were brought into the conversation about the Health Fee. Students should be able participate in these essential conversations before decisions are already determined. The resolution also called for me to attach the notes from our Health Fee Forum. The notes are from both Susan Murphy's Q&A and the student debrief afterwards. I hope that you find the information in these notes a useful tool in helping the current and future administration of the University foster better communication with students in the years to come.
