    Dear President Rawlings,

    I would like to convey Resolution 56: Approving the Fall 2016 Elections Rules to you.

    This resolution is sponsored by Matthew Henderson, the Director of Elections.This resolution seeks to update the election rules that govern Student Assembly seats elected in Fall 2016. The updated version of the Elections Rules is attached in the appendix.
