  I would like to convey Student Assembly Resolution 66: Cornell University Class Councils Constitution Changes to you. This resolution was co-sponsored by Matthew Stefanko, VP for Finance of the SA, along with Don Muir, Senior Class President, Sydney Reade ’15 Elections Chair of Class Councils, and Lena Liu, Senior Vice President of Administration of Class Councils.
  
  The changes that were approved by the Student Assembly are in this appendix. The Student Assembly appreciates the efforts of Cornell University Class Councils to improve the fairness and inclusiveness of their elections processes.
