    Dear President Skorton,

I would like to convey Resolution 68: Call for a Voting Space on the Cornell Campus to you. This resolution was sponsored by Juliana Batista, President-elect, Mark Lapointe, Engineering Representative, David Vakili, Arts and Sciences Representative, Brandon Thomspon from the Cornell Republicans, and Eric Pesner, Jared Ham, and William Bristow from the Cornell Democrats.

This resolution seeks to establish a voting space in Willard Straight Hall or in the Robert Purcell Community Center. It also recommends that the Student Assembly oversee the development of a voting guide that will be maintained by the Cornell Democrats and Cornell Republicans, and that WSH Student Union Board work with the Student Assembly to provide voter registration forms by the popcorn stand in WSH, and publicize the forms. Lastly, it asks that the President of Cornell write a statement calling for a voting space on campus and that this statement and this resolution be forwarded to the Democrat and Republican Elections Commissioners of Tompkins County, Stephen Dewitt and Elizabeth Cree. Because their email addresses are not publicly available, I'd like to request that you forward all of this information if you choose to follow the recommendations.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

    Best,
    Sarah
