  Dear President Skorton,
  
  I would like to convey Resolution 73: Annual United Student Body Update to you. This resolution was sponsored by Shivang Tayal, Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion, Emma Johnston, Arts and Sciences Representative, Matthew Henderson, CALS Representative and Maria Chak, Chair of SACIDI, in conjunction with Antoine St. Victor, President of Black Students United, Kartik Ramkumar, President of South Asia Council, and Saim Chaudhary, the Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion-elect.
  
  This resolution calls for United Student Body to be reviewed at the end of every year. It also includes an appendix with improvements to the most recent form of the document. The most notable changes include gradual implementation for only Byline and Performance Tier SAFC groups, with the intention of not expanding to smaller student organizations, which may be heavily burdened by USB's requirements. It also includes a plan for using the $5,000 grant generously provided to the Student Assembly by Susan Murphy.
