    Dear Martha and Mike --
     
    Please see the attached for a memorandum to you from me on behalf of the University Assembly regarding plans to reopen our campus. The memo is based on our discussion at a special meeting of the UA two days ago. Although the memo is signed by me, the full Assembly is in agreement and many members contributed to the drafting. I hope you will find this feedback to be constructive, and we look forward to further discussing with you the points we raise.
