    Good morning President Pollack,

I would like to bring to your attention the passing of UA R3: Bylaw Changes to Require Recorded Voting (also attached). This resolution was drafted to add a subsection to Article II of the UA Bylaws to require recorded votes be taken for all voting members at official meetings. The method of recording is to be determined by the UA at the first organizational meeting; in the event that this does not occur, the Chair is then encouraged to propose a method. As this is a new resolution, I will be working with the UA to decide the best avenue for recording votes during this time of Zoom-meetings.

Thank you to Bennett Sherr for writing this resolution.

Please contact me with any questions or concerns!

    Best,
    Logan
