I am pleased to share with you the attached responses to the information requested in your email below.
In formulating the resolution, I believe it would have been helpful if the UA had first conferred with counterpart campus governance groups at the WMC campus and at its branch campus in Qatar. WMC and WMC-Qatar are significant segments of the University community, and their campus governance groups could offer informed insights to the UA on the issue of labor practices and conditions at WCM-Qatar. For future matters that the UA may be considering that have a direct bearing on these other Cornell campuses, I ask that the UA reach out to their counterpart campus groups.
