Dear President Pollack,
It is my pleasure to convey to you UA Resolution #9, "Reinstating the Budget Planning Committee." This resolution amended the University Assembly's bylaws so as to provide the Assembly with a mechanism to offer realistic advice on the campus community's budget priorities. This resolution is the result of many meetings worth of discussion and additional correspondences with Paul Streeter.
