  I. Call to Order

      a. Chair I. Gatimi called the meeting to order at 4:49 PM.

      b. Members Present: W. Treat, M. Benda, A. Haenlin-Mott, V. Bell, D. Bateman, E. Gainor, J. Butcher, S. Bruyere, N. Brennan, J. Chobirko, I. Gatimi, A. Cardenas, Z. deRham, E. Chaudhuri, K. Nguyen, A. Aftab, J. Wu.

      c. Members Absent: E. deRosa, A. Garcia-Ortiz.

      d. Also Present: A. Smith.

  II. Land Acknowledgement of the Gayogo̱ho:nǫ(Cayuga Nation)

      a. I. Gatimi stated the Land Acknowledgement

  III. Call for Late Additions to the Agenda

      a. D. Bateman moved to add discussion regarding the upcoming revision process for the Student Code of Conduct and the finalized Expressive Activity Policy

          i. Added to the agenda by unanimous consent.

  
  IV. Approval of the Minutes

      a. The minutes of the May 6, 2025 meeting were approved by unanimous consent.

  V. Business of the Day

      a. Welcome from 2025-2026 Chair Irene Gatimi

      b. Appointment of UA members to Committee Chairs:

          i. Campus Codes Committee: Johnathan Butcher
