My name is Siim Sepp, and I am a third-year Ph.D. candidate in Plant Breeding and Genetics in CALS, School of Integrated Plant Sciences. I am running for VP of Finance to provide more transparency and efficiency in how your graduate student activity fee is used, especially during uncertain times.

I've served as a GPSA representative for Biological Sciences for the past two years and, and I've been on the Finance Commission this past year. In that role, I helped simplify the funding tier system and streamline fund tracking across student organizations. This experience has prepared me to hit the ground running as your VP of Finance.

As VP of Finance, I will:

· Bring transparency to how your graduate student activity fee is used.
· Update funding systems to better serve affinity and field organizations.
· Ensure efficient and fair use of the funds for the benefit of all graduate students.
· Collect more feedback from students and organizations to guide funding priorities and improvements.
