Dear Anuli,   Thank you for conveying to me Resolution 39: Zoom Live Transcript Implementation Request. I appreciate the sentiment underlying this resolution and am, in principle, supportive of it.

Dear President Pollack,    I hope you are well. It is my pleasure to convey to you SA Resolution #39: Zoom Live Transcript Implementation Request.    This resolution calls for the use of automatic live transcription (closed captioning) feature on all applicable academic zoom meetings to better accommodate students through the current and possible future online/remote learning period.
The resolution was approved by unanimous consent. 

Dear Anuli,    Thank you for conveying Student Assembly Resolution #35: Calling on Cornell to Eliminate Legacy Preference in Admissions.    Cornell is strongly committed to admitting classes that are diverse in all dimensions.
