SA R34 - Proposed Charter Amendment for the 2022-2024 Byline Funding Cycle
SA R42 (2020-2021): Rejected by the President
Dear Anuli,
As you know, Cat conveyed to me Student Assembly Resolution 42: Adding Mental Health Check to the Daily Check. As you know, the University no longer utilizes the daily health assessment via the Daily Check tool, and thus will not be implementing mental health checks in the way this resolution requests.
SA R41 (2020-2021): Rejected by the President
Dear Anuli,
As you know, Cat conveyed to me Student Assembly Resolution #41, “Disengaging Cornell from the War in Yemen,” for my consideration.
Since the university’s founding, Cornell’s faculty and programs have had many working relationships and formal agreements with academic institutions around the world. These academic collaborations are important to our mission of teaching, discovery and engagement and are carried out in a way that is consistent with our fundamental commitments to academic freedom and the free flow of information.
SA R37 (2020-2021): Accepted by the President
Dear Anuli,
As you know, Cat conveyed to me Student Assembly Resolution 37: Creating a More Accessible Process for Student Assembly Religious Accommodations. I accept the proposed changes to the Student Assembly Charter.
Sincerely,
Martha E. Pollack

As I have previously stated to the community, Cornell will continue to vigilantly protect the privacy of student information and records from any unauthorized disclosure in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
