HEI HEI DEPEW: I want to thank you all for taking the time today to join us for a panel discussion on wellbeing. The EA recently wrapped up the priorities poll. And the top priority for the Employee Assembly, as determined by staff feedback, is employee health and wellbeing.   Staff are concerned about their physical wellbeing, their safety, and physical health. And staff also are concerned about their mental wellbeing. Staff are feeling under duress from increased workloads, understaffed departments, COVID related anxiety and stress.
