HEI HEI DEPEW: Good afternoon, everyone. Welcome. Thank you to President Pollack for joining us today for the Annual President's Address to Staff. I want to take a moment to congratulate Reginald White, Senior Director of Human Resources to the Research Division, who's the newly elected member of the Cornell University Board of Trustees.  My name is Hei Hei Depew. I'm the newly elected Chair of the Employee Assembly. For the past two years, I have been the Vice Chair of the Employee Assembly.

Dear President Pollack,   It is my pleasure to convey to you Student Assembly Resolution #7: Support for Native American and Indigenous Students at Cornell’s Demands. This resolution expresses the support of the full Student Assembly for the demands of Native American and Indigenous Students at Cornell (NASIAC).

SA R8 (2020-2021): Conveyed to the President

Dear President Pollack,   It is my pleasure to convey to you Student Assembly Resolution #8: Cayuga Land Acknowledgement. This resolution calls for the Student Assembly to amend the SA Standing Rules to include a land acknowledgement of the Cayuga Nation, on whose territory the University occupies.

GPSA R2 (2020-2021): Conveyed to the President

Dear President Pollack,   It is my sincere pleasure to convey Resolution 2: Condemning the Proposed DHS Ruling Requiring a Fixed Period of Stay for International Students. The resolution rejects the proposed ruling limiting F1 and J1 visas over a fixed 4-year or 2-year term. The GPSA states our support for our international student community and calls on the Cornell administration to oppose this ruling.    Furthermore, the GPSA would like to affirm
