Dear Varun, Thank you for submitting Student Assembly Resolution 49, “Approving Appendix B for 2018-2020 Byline Cycle.” The changes being proposed to Appendix B are very specific and some have complex consequences. After thorough review and consideration, I accept most of the proposed changes included in this resolution. I have outlined below some of the changes I am returning for you to reconsider, as well as those that I reject.
