SA R32 (2014-2015): Returned by the President

Dear Sarah,

Thank you for sharing Resolution 32, Appending the Referenda Process. After receiving feedback from the Office of Assemblies on this resolution, I am returning it for reconsideration. Some concerns were raised about the specificity of the language versus the current capabilities of the Office of Assemblies, which need to be addressed. Please work with Gina Giambattista to discuss these areas of the resolution.

Also, in line 68, I believe the Student Assembly means “once a referendum vote is approved” rather than the referendum itself.

UA R4 (2014-2015): Conveyed to the President

Dear President Skorton,

It is with pleasure that I convey to you UA Resolution 4, "Providing for a Faculty Advisor to the Office of the Judicial Codes Counselor."

This resolution was sponsored by Vice Chair Matthew Battaglia and passed by the full University Assembly at our meeting of March 10, 2015.

SA R36 (2014-2015): Conveyed to the President

Dear President Skorton,

I would like to convey Resolution 36: Divestment from Coal: Toward a Sustainable Endowment to you. It was sponsored by Arts and Sciences Representative Emma Johnston, Alex Ilich, and Cole Norgaarden.
