Dear President Skorton, 

I wanted to inform you of Resolution 7: 2014 Performance Tier SAFC Appeals, sponsored by our Vice President for Finance Matthew Stefanko. This resolution was an affirmation that the SAFC did not err in denying Performance Tier Funding to three SAFC funded groups. This was the final appeal made by these groups.
