On behalf of the Employee Assembly, I am pleased to formally convey Resolution 11: Promoting Staff Participation in Cornell Campus Climate Change Literacy Goals - https://assembly.cornell.edu/resolutions/ea-r11-promoting-staff-participation-cornell-campus-climate-change-literacy-goals The resolution was sponsored by Adam Howell and the Employee Welfare Committee. This resolution formally acknowledges and supports the University’s efforts in promoting climate change literacy goals and recommends active staff participation in support of these goals within the overarching Cornell Climate Action Plan. The staff at Cornell are committed to being partners with the University through planning, education and implementation of climate change literacy strategies.
This resolution passed by a vote of 14-0-0.
