| Text Attachment | Dear President Pollack, It is my pleasure to convey GPSA Resolution 14: Instituting the GPSAFC Vice-Chair Position. This resolution amends the GPSA Bylaws to include the position of Vice-Chair within the GPSA Finance Commission. Vice-Chair responsibilities include organizing and scheduling FC meetings (including assigning commissioner budgets and taking attendance), assisting the Chair in writing new policies for the GPSA Bylaws and GPSAFC Funding Guidelines, and standing in for the Chair when the position is temporarily vacant. This resolution was adopted as part of an ongoing effort to ensure continued GPSAFC support for graduate student organizations in cases when the chairperson is temporarily vacant.
