Dear Patrick,

Thank you for conveying to me SA R18: To Create a Process for the Reallocation of Rollover Funds. I appreciate the assembly’s interest in transparency and movement away from a fine-based system. However, as the question of rollover funds is a relatively new one that emerged in the wake of reduced activities during COVID semesters, I would encourage the Student Assembly to work with byline organizations to create a process which can be applied clearly and consistently across organizations.
