Good evening President Kotlikoff,
I hope all is well as we head into spring and start to wrap up another academic year.
I am pleased to convey EA R3: Amending the Employee Assembly Bylaws to reflect current operating procedure. This resolution was passed during our April 1, 2026 meeting by a 19-0-1 vote. This resolution amends the Employee Assembly Bylaws to reflect minor changes in operating procedures, update references to leadership roles to current titles, formalize the Employee Assembly Priority Poll Committee as a standing committee,and clarify non-voting and ex-officio member status on standing committees.
