    Dear Wendy, 

    Thank you for conveying EA Resolution 3: Amending the Employee Assembly Bylaws to reflect current operating procedure. I am returning the resolution to the EA for further discussion of the ad-hoc committee on priority polls.  

    I recommend that the EA confer with HR to further refine the charge, strengthen collaboration, and ensure clarity, flexibility, and consistency in how employee input is gathered and stewarded. 

    I would be happy to review and accept a version of this resolution that removes the red-line amendments that refer to this committee and preserves the other bylaw updates.
